Artist Statement
My artworks are a reflection of my visions, dreams, and the reality I perceive. Each piece is an emotional and personal journey, evolving with different periods of my life. The ornaments I draw serve as my language, allowing me to communicate complex stories and emotions without words. Using Japanese ink and a fountain pen allows me to control the thickness of each line, adding depth and precision to my work.

Pitanius graduated in 2008 from State Academy of Arts in Tbilisi, Georgia with a diploma work titled “Immortal Mohegan,” inspired by her admiration for Native American culture.
